| 摘 要： | 对23例经内镜确诊为非溃疡性十二指肠疾病便血者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析，发现由于临床技能欠缺及专业知识不足等人为因素延误诊治的比例较高。转入上级医院后23例患者均得到成功救治。

| Abstract: | The clinical data of 23 cases with emergent hematochezia endoscopically diagnosed as non-ulcerous duodenum diseases were retrospectively analyzed.Majority of cases were misdiagnosed and delayed to transfer to emergency room because of lack of knowledge and experiences of local medical workers.After referral to our emergency department,all 23 cases obtained appropriate management and cured successfully. |
