| 摘 要： | 目的:探索彩色多谱勒超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿新的方法. 方法:对137例在彩色多谱勒超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析. 结果:137例共142个肾囊肿经无水乙醇治疗复查后发现治愈率为99.3%,显效率为100%. 结论:该方法简便易行,并发症少,疗效确切,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法.穿刺径路选择及无水乙醇反复冲洗囊腔至抽出囊液变清是治疗成功的关键.穿刺后1周内无菌炎症反应最严重,囊腔内液体1月内吸收最明显,6个月内彻底吸收.
