眼底改变与妊娠高血压综合征并发症的关系

本文回顾了３５例重度妊娠高血压综合征病人产前的眼底改变与母儿并发症及死亡的关系。按眼底改变将病人分为正常组、（眼底动脉）痉挛组和损伤组，母儿并发症的发生率分别为１０％（ｎ＝２０）、１４．３％（ｎ＝７）和７５％（ｎ＝８）．损伤组明显高于其他组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。有限底损伤的８例病人一，６例于眼底损伤继续妊娠２４ｈ出现并发症，其中２例孕产妇死亡，２例围产儿死亡。妊娠高血压综合征眼底损伤提示病情已威胁母儿生命，在２４ｈ内终止妊娠是避免并发症乃至母儿死亡的重要措施之一。

CHANGES OF FUNDUS OCULI AND COMPLICATIONS OF SEVERE TOXEMIA OF PREGNANCY

cases severe toxemia of pregnancy were studied for the relationship between the changes of fundus oculi and the complications,Via the findings by ophthalmoscopic examinations,the patients were divided into 3 groups as normal,angiospastic and injured in fundus oculi.The complication rates were l0%(n=20),14.3%(n=7),and 75%(n=8)respectively,the last being remarkably greater than in the first 2 groups (P<0.01).Complications occurred 24 hours after damage of the fundus oculi was found in 6 of the 8cases without termination of pregnancy, and this resulted in 2 maternal and 2 perinaltal fetal deaths.Therefore,it is believed that damages in the fundus oculi during toxemia pregnancy indicate a high risk to both the pregnant and the fetus,and termination of pregnancy should carried out within 24 hours when the diagnosis is made.
