高血压病无症状性心肌缺血与血压变异性的研究

目的　探讨杓型与高血压病患者无症状性心肌缺血与血压变异性的关系。方法　 6 2例高血压病患者同步进行 2 4h动态血压和动态心电图测定 ,根据 2 4h动态血压测定结果分为杓型组 (34例 )与非杓型组 (2 8例 ) ,分析两组间无症状性心肌缺血的发生情况。结果　非杓型高血压病患者无症状性心肌缺血检出率显著高于杓型组。结论　高血压病无症状性心肌缺血的发生与血压变异性有关 ,2 4h持续血压负荷容易导致和加重心肌缺血。

The Study of Slient Myocardial Ischemia and Different Blood Pressure variation in Hypertensiv patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between silent myocardial ischemia and different blood pressure variation in hypertensive patients. Methods 24-hour continuous electrocardiography records and ambulatory blood pressure were carried out in 62 patients with essential hypertension. According to ambulatory blood pressure, 62 patients with essential hypertension were divided into dipper group (n=34)and nondipper group(n=28).The frequency of Silent myocardial eschemia was compared between two groups.Results The frequency of silent myocardial ischemiain nondippers was greater than those in dippers.Conclusions Nondippers were more likely than dippers to suffer silent myocardial ischemia .The loss of diurnal rhythm of blood pressure is related to the frequency of silent myocardial ischemia in hypertensive patients.
