| 摘 要： | 探讨多癌基因反义寡核苷酸对慢性髓细胞白血病的作用及其相互作用的影响。方法用台盼蓝拒染，集落形成，逆转录－多聚酶链反应及流式细胞仪技术研究反义寡核苷酸对Ｋ５６２细胞株和ＣＭＬ骨细胞的作用。结果ｃ－ｍｙｂ反义寡核苷酸通过促进ＣＭＬ，细胞凋亡，发挥对ｂｃｒ／ａｂｌ反义寡核苷酸的协同作用。结论多癌基因反义核酸的联合应用可为ＣＭＬ基因治疗提供一项新手段。
