中段食管癌经右胸腹联合切口治疗15例

目的总结经上腹及右胸联合切口外科治疗中段食管癌体会。方法回顾性分析我院2000-2008年15例中段食管癌患者经上腹及右胸联合切口外科治疗临床资料。15例患者男6例,女9例,年龄45~65岁,平均59.3岁。结果手术均顺利成功,无死亡。食管病变长度2 cm~6 cm,平均3.6 cm。术后切口感染2例,胸部及腹部各1例。术后胸腔引流管拔除时间5~31 d(平均10.3 d),经口进食时间8~40 d(平均13.6 d)。结论选择经上腹及右胸联合切口外科治疗中段食管癌,安全、方便,值得推广。

Treatment of 15 Cases With Mid-esophageal Cancer by Right Thoracoabdominal Incision

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of mid-esophageal cancer by right thoracoabdominal incision. Method The clinical data of 15 cases （6 males, 9 females） with mid-esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were aged 45 -65 years （mean 59.3 years）. Result All operations were successful and no patients died. The length of the affected esophagus was 2 -6 cm （mean 3.6cm）. Postoperative infections were found in 2 patients. The intrathoracic drain tubes were pulled out after 5-31 days （mean 10. 3 days） and the patients began to eat at 8 -40 days （mean 13.6 days） after operation. Conclusion The surgical treatment of mid-esophageal cancer by right thoraeoabdominal incision is safe and simple.
