糖尿病合并肺结核42例的临床探讨

目的:为了提高糖尿病与肺结核病合并存在时的诊断和治疗。方法:将我院收治42例糖尿病并肺结核病患者的性别、年龄、病程、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗及误诊等情况进行回顾性的分析。结果:两病并存时,糖尿病病情轻和正规应用胰岛素的患者结核病灶的吸收好转率达88%;而不正规应用胰岛素者只有20%病例的结核病灶吸收好转(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病并肺结核时两者应同时治疗,且血糖控制的良好与否直接影响到结核的预后,两者是互为因果的关系。

Clinic Research for 42 cases of Combination of Diabetes Mellitus & Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of combination of diabetes mellitus and pulmonary tuberculosis.Method: Reviewed and analyzed the information including sex, age,course of disease, clinic performance, laboratory test treatment and misdiagnosis case of the 42 patients treated by our hospital.Result: When the patient has both diseases, 88% of the focus of infection of pulmonary tuberculosis patient can be absorbed and recovered if the diabetes mellitus is not serious and apply the formal insulin treatment: only 20%cases can be recovered if not apply the formal insulin treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Should apply treatment to both diseases if the diabetes mellitus combine with pulmonary tuberculosis, and the control of blood glucose has direct impact to prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. This is the relationship of cause and effect.
