合曲林联合多沙唑嗪控释片与舍曲林单用治疗早泄的临床研究

【目的】比较舍曲林联合多沙唑嗪控释片与单用舍曲林治疗早泄的疗效及不良反应。【方法】男科门诊无器质性病变的早泄患者34例，随机分成单用组、联合组各17例，单用组1：1服舍曲林50mg（性生活前4～6h服用），1次／日，联合组口服舍曲林50mg，每日一次（性生活前4～6h服用）和多沙唑嗪控释片4mg，每日一次，观察12周。比较两组治疗前后的平均阴道内射精潜伏期、国际勃起功能指数（IIEF）问卷中的性交满意度评分、每周性交频率以及治疗期间的不良反应，患者及其配偶对性生活的满意程度。【结果】单用组、联合组两组患者平均阴道内射精潜伏期在治疗后均显著增加，而联合组较单用组增加更显著（P=0．016）；患者的性生活满意度两组均有显著性提高，组间比较差异无显著性（P=0．139）；治疗后每周性交频率两组均显著增多，联合组患者每周性交频率增加更明显（P=0．0107）；不良反应两组比较差异无显著性（P=0．0641）。【结论】舍曲林联合多沙唑嗪控释片较舍曲林单用治疗早泄具有更好的疗效，同时不良反应的发生率无明显增加。

Clinical Study of Controlled Release Tablets of Doxazosin Plus Sertraline and Sertraline Alone in the Treatment of Premature Ejaculation

[Objective]To compare the efficacy and safety of controlled release tablets of doxazosin plus sertraline with those of sertraline alone in the treatment of premature ejaculation （PE）. [Methods]Thirty-four patients with PE but without any obvious organic cause in our clinic of andrology were randomly divided into sertraline group and combination drug group with 17 patients in each group. The sertraline group received 50 mg sertraline daily for 12 weeks, and the combination drug group were given 50mg sertraline daily plus 4mg controlled release tablets of doxazosin for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the mean intravaginal ejaculation latency time, the intercourse satisfaction, the mean number of coitus per week and the drug-related side effects were evaluated. [Results] After the treatment, the intravaginal ejaculation latency time in two groups had been increased, and the combination drug group increased more significantly than the sertralin group （ P =0. 016）. In the two groups, intercourse satisfaction domain values of 34 patients had been significantly improved, but there was not significant difference between the two groups （ P=0. 139）. The mean numbers of coitus per week in two groups had been significantly improved, and combination drug group improved more significantly than the sertralin group （ P =0. 0107）. There was not significant difference in the side effects between the two groups （ P =0. 0641）. [Conclusion]The controlled release tablets of doxazosin plus sertraline for PE patients is more effective than sertralin, and doxazosin does not aggravate the by-effect of sertraline.
