| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电灼术后应用转移因子局部注射联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法采用随机对比法,两组均用电灼术去掉疣体,术后全身肌注干扰素。治疗组(43例)术后即刻病灶处局部注射转移因子注射液,观察临床疗效及随访愈合复发情况。结果治疗组一次性治愈41例(占95.3%),复发2例(占4.7%)。结论在消除疣体、增强机体细胞免疫的基础上,改善局部环境,去除HPV感染的局部易感因素,是降低尖锐湿疣复发率的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of interferon(INF) and transfer(TF) factor for condyloma acuminatum(CA) after electric burn.Methods 86 cases were divided randomly into interferon group and transfer factor group after electric burn.All cases of INF group were treated by injecting INF into the muscules.43 cases of TF group were treated by injecting TF into the focus of infection.Results The cure rates of TF group was 95.3%.Conclusion The use of TF could cooperatively lower the relapse rate of CA after electric burn. |
