剖宫产术中结扎子宫动脉上行支预防产后出血86例预后分析

目的:探讨剖宫产术中结扎子宫动脉上行支的预后。方法:回顾性分析2001~2004年86例有产后出血危险因素的患者,在剖宫产术中施行了双侧子宫动脉上行支及其伴行静脉结扎术的方法及预后等。结果:对86例剖宫产术后可能发生大出血的患者实行了该术,其产后出血的发生率,产后出血的平均出血量及产后血性恶露的持续时间均较低,具有显著差异,防治产后出血效果较好。且术后月经恢复及子宫复旧情况两组无差异,不影响再次妊娠与分娩。结论:该方法止血简单迅速、效果确切,正确熟练地掌握该方法是手术成功的关键。

The prognosis analysis of the ligation of the upper remis of uterine artery to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in the cesarean section

Objective:Discuss the prognosis of the ligation of the upper branch of uterine artery in the cesarean section. Methods:Retrospectively analyze 86 cases with postpartum hemorrhage dangerous factor from 2001 to 2004 ,and in the process of cesarean section, ligation the double upper of uterine artery and the accompanying vein. Results:For 86 patient of the cesarean section have the postpartum hemorrhage dangerous factor, its average postpartum hemorrhage volume, and the persistence time of lochia rubra to be low. The preventing and controlling postpartum hemorrhage effect is good. Also involution of uterus and recover menstruation two groups does not have significant deviation.Does not affect the next pregnancy and the childbirth. Conclusion:This method of haemostasisstops is rapid, effective and simple. To correctly skill to master this method is the key to the surgery success.
