络通接骨药酒的镇痛作用及对动物骨折愈合的影响

目的：通过观察络通接骨药酒对家兔骨折愈合镇痛等实验研究为络通接骨药酒临床应用和进一步开发成新药提供实验依据。方法：通过对家兔骨折模型的骨折部位的X光片检查，骨密度测量，抗折力实验，凝血时间，镇痛作用等实验验证络通接骨药酒临床的药理作用。结果表明：络通接骨药酒对家兔骨折模型有加快骨断端修复，促进外骨痂生长，加快骨断端的骨连接及骨痂对骨断端缺损的填充，提高新生骨痂质量，增加骨折部位抗折力，缩短家兔骨折模型中家兔全血的凝集时间，降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数，提高小鼠的热板痛阈值等作用。结论：络通接骨药酒具有促进骨折愈合，增加骨折部位抗折力、加快血液凝固、镇痛等功效，药理活性高的特点（人每天用量约为7．5g的生药），值得进行深入研究和开发。

Analgesic Effect and Influence on Truauma Tology on Fracturehealing of Animal of Iuotongjiegu Medricinal Wine

Objective ： To study the effect of Luotongjiegu medicinal wine on fracture healing and analgesic effects. Methods ： Rabbits were selected to make the animal models of vertebral fracture by operation, then all rabbits were examined with X - ray, body weight, bone dense quantity and rollover strength, whole blood contrast viscosity, coagulation time were determined. Hot - plate and body - contortion methods were used to observe the analgesic effects. Results： It might affect fracture healing process within the cartilage into bone, increasing bone activity, promoting the aggradation of calcium and fracture healing. It can increase bone density quantity and resistance strength of fracture, it can also decrease coagulation time. The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased. The value of hot - plate was increased. Luotongjiegu medicinal wine has positive effect on healing process of experimental rabbit fracture. It also has analgesic effects.
