宫颈癌前病变与女性HPV生殖道感染关系的探讨

目的:探讨女性生殖道感染人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与宫颈癌前病变的关系。方法:收集688例宫颈糜烂患者宫颈外口、颈管的脱落细胞,采用AutoCytePREP液基细胞学检查,诊断按TBS标准。HPV检测采用基因芯片技术。结果:HPV阳性组(320例)液基细胞学检查呈正常细胞抹片160例(50.00%),HSIL24例(7.50%),LSIL88例(27.50%),ASCUS48例(15.00%);HPV阴性组(368例)液基细胞学检查呈正常细胞抹片者316例(85.87%),HSIL0例,LSIL16例(4.35%),ASCUS36例(9.78%)。两组比较差异极显著。结论:女性生殖道HPV感染者较易发生宫颈癌前病变,提示积极防治HPV感染对于预防宫颈癌发生有重要意义。

The Relationship Between HPV Infection in Female Reproductive Tract and the Cervical Precancerosis

Objective To investigate the relation between HPV infection of female reproductive tract and cervical precancerosis. Methods The cast off cells were collected from the exterior orifice of cervix and cervical tube of 688 patients of cervical erosion and examined by Thinprep liquor base cytological method. The diagnosis was in accordance with TBS standard and HPV was tested with gene chip technique. Results In HPV positive group (320 cases) there were 160 cases of normal by cytological test, 24 cases (7.5%) of HSIL, 88 cases (27.5%) of LSIL and 48 cases (15%) of ASCUS. In HPV negative group (368 cases) there 316 cases (85.87%) were normal by cytological test, no HSIL, 16 cases (4.34%) of LSIL and 36 cases (9.75%) of ASCUS. There is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion HPV infection of female reproductive tract would lead to cervical precancerosis suggesting that preventing cervical cancer is important in the control of HPV infection.
