原位肝移植术后胆道并发症30例分析

目的探讨原位肝移植术后胆道并发症的病因及防治。方法回顾性分析2004年5月至2009年1月施行的199例次肝移植患者的临床资料。结果术后30例（15．08％）发生胆道并发症，分别为胆道狭窄14例，胆漏形成9例，胆泥形成7例。30例患者中，留置T管引流13例，未留置T管引流17例。结论原位肝移植术后早期胆道造影并联合应用核磁共振胆管成像有助于及时诊断胆道并发症。

Analysis of biliary complications following orthotopic liver transplantation in 30 cases

Objective To discuss the cause and management of biliary tract complications after orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 199 patients who underwent orthotopic liver transplanta - tion between May 2004 to Jan 2009 were studied retrospectively. Results 30 patients developed post - operative bililary tract complications. Bill - ary strictures occurred in 14 cases, biliary leakage in 9 cases, cholelith in 7 cases. Among the 30 patients, intermittent suture with T tube placement in 13 cases, without T tube in 17 cases. Conclusion Early cholangiagraphy and MRI are helpful in the diagnosis of biliary complications.
