| 摘 要： | 本文用白龙冲剂和环磷酰胺作了对ＲＡ７９５肺癌荷瘤鼠ＮＫ细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化及中性粒细胞吞噬功能影响的实验研究，结果表明：环磷酰胺对ＮＫ细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化及中性粒细胞吞噬功能有显著抑制作用，环磷酰胺组的ＮＫ细胞活性为：１３．０７±７．６９；淋巴细胞转化为：１．９３±０．５９；中性粒细胞吞噬功能为：１９１．５±１３．９；均显著低于对照组（三者的值分别为：３５．３６±２３．６１，３．０９±２．４０，２７２．９±２０．０，Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。而白龙冲剂则无明显影响。白龙冲剂与环磷酰胺合用可明显对抗环磷酰胺对荷瘤鼠的ＮＫ细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化及中性粒细胞吞噬功能的抑制作用（合用组，三者的值分别为：３４．１６±１４．３７，３．０８±１．３６，２３４．７±２７．３，均高于环磷酰胺组Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。提示在临床应用化疗的肿瘤病人如协同使用白龙冲剂，有可能保护肿瘤病人的免疫功能不被化疗药抑制并进一步提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Bat Long Chong Ji is a mixture of medicinal herbs which has been shown to be effective in the treatment of esophageal, gastric and colon carcinoma, especially combining chemotherapy.This study is to elucidate the effects of Bai Long Chong Ji and Cyclophosphamide on immune functions of tumor bearing mice.The results indicate that:1.Cyclophosphamide showed inhibiting effects on NK activity,lymphocyte proliferation and phagocytic activity of polymorphocytes in the tumor bearing mice, but Bai Long Chongji did not show such inhibiting effects; 2. Combining Bai Long Chong Ji and Cyclophosphamide in the experiment, Bai Long Chong Ji could reverse the inhibiting effects of Cyclophosphamide on the immune functions. |
