功能性颈淋巴结清除术的改进在甲状腺癌手术中的应用

 颈淋巴结清除术在甲状腺癌的外科治疗中应用相当广泛。我们在保留胸锁乳突肌，颈内静脉，副神经的基础上，采用附加保留颈外静脉，耳大神经和维持胸锁乳突肌连续性的功能性颈淋巴结清除术治疗甲状腺癌107例，术后无1例发生颈肩部损形和功能障碍，随访无复发，5年生存率为97.5%.

Functional Neck Dissection Applied in Operation of Thyroid Carcinoma

Neck dissection were widesperead applied for surgical treatment of thyroid carcinoma. Based on the functional neck dissection, which preserve the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the spinal accessory nerve and internal jugular vein, we additional preserve the external jugular, the greater auricular nerve and the coherence of sternocleidomastoid muscle. 107 cases of thyroid carcinoma were treated in this methed, both the neck-shoulder shape and function were good. No recur in follow up. 5 year survival rate were 97. 5%.
