Discussion of Solid Agent Blending Technique Conformed to Current GMP Code

With the experience from long term work and based on the theory of Germany Glatt GmbH, the reason of using square container to replace other type containers was introduced. Various hardware factors （design of equipment and container） and software factors （process parameters） to affect the blending technique in using square container was deducted and analyzed. Then, the referenced blending process parameters under the ideal condition were presented, which will be helpful to the designer of this field and the process operation both in theoretical and practical aspects.
