射频消融术对室上性心动过速患者冠状窦血浆内皮素及vWF水平的影响

目的:探讨射频消融术(RFCA)对阵发性室上性心动过速(PVST)患者冠状窦血浆内皮素(ET)及血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。方法:22例PSVT成功进行RFCA治疗的患者,分别在术前、术后即刻自冠状窦取血测定血浆ET及vWF含量,同时记录旁路消融靶点位置、射频能量功率、每次消融持续时间及消融次数。结果:RFCA术前冠状窦血浆ET水平为(45.28±16.97)pg/ml,术后即刻显著升高达[(68.32±16.87)pg/ml,P0.01]。术前冠状窦血浆vWF水平为(107.82±14.96)%,术后即刻显著升高达到[(149.67±10.32)%,P0.01]。结论:射频消融后阵发性室上性心动过速患者冠脉循环中血浆内皮素、血管性血友病因子一过性升高,这可能与射频消融引起局部冠脉损伤和坏死有关。

Effects of radiofrequency current catheter ablation on levels of plasma endothelin and vascular hemophilia factor of coronary sinus in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objective： To investigate the effects of radiofrequency current catheter ablation （RFCA） on plasma endothe- lin （ET） and yon Willebrand factor （vWF） levels of coronary sinus. Methods： For 22 cases with paroxysmal supraven- tricular tachycardia （PSVT） who had been cured by RFCA, the concentrations of plasma ET and vWF from the blood at the site of coronary sinus were detected before and instantly after operation. Simultaneously, a ablation target posi- tion, the radiofrequency energy power, the duration of ablation each time and the times of ablation were recorded. Re- suits： Compared with the level of plasma ET of coronary sinus before RFCA （45, 28± 16.97） pg/ml, it significantly increased to [ （68.32 ± 16.87） pg/ml, P〈0.01] instantly after the operation. Before the operation, the level of plasma vWF of coronary sinus was （107.82±14.96）], it significantly went up to [ （149. 67±10.32）%, P〈0.01] instantly after RFCA. Conclusion： The radiofrequency ablation may result in temporary increasing plasma ET, vWF lev- els in coronary circulation, it may be related with partial injury and necroses caused by RFCA.
