阿替洛尔治疗晕动症189例疗效观察

目的探讨阿替洛尔治疗晕动症的疗效。方法 400例患者分为治疗组和对照组各200例。2组均于乘车前30min给予药物口服,治疗组给予阿替洛尔12.5mg,对照组给予茶苯海明片50mg。观察2组患者乘车时、乘车中和乘车后感受。结果治疗组乘车时头晕头痛、恶心呕吐和乏力的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组乘车中、后嗜睡和头晕的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿替洛尔治疗晕动症疗效较好,值得推广应用。

Effect observation of Atenolol in the treatment of motion sickness

Objective To discusse the efficacy of Atenolol in the treatment of motion sickness.Methods 400 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,200 cases of each.Both groups were given drugs 30 minites before riding.The treatment group was given Atenolol 12.5mg,while the control group was given dimenhydrinate tablet.The feeling of patients in car,before and after the riding were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting and tired in car of the treatment group were respectively lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,and the incidence rate of drowsiness and dizziness before and after riding of the treatment group were respectively lower,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Atenolol has good efficacy on motion sicknes,which is worth popularizing and application.
