复方卡力孜然酊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效和护理

目的观察复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效。方法白癜风患者172例随机分为治疗组和对照组各86例,治疗组于皮损局部外用复方卡力孜然酊,并给予NB-UVB紫外线照射;对照组仅给予NB-UVB紫外线照射,采用统一的疗效评定标准进行疗效评价。观察2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为65.12%明显高于对照组的44.19%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组联合治疗局限性总有效率为75.00%高于散发性的54.76%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为15.12%,对照组为13.95%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论复方卡力孜然酊联合NB-UVB治疗稳定期寻常型白癜风安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect and nursing care of compound kali zirantincture combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound kali ziran tincture combined with NB-UVB on patients with vitiligo vulgaris.Methods 172 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,86 cases of each.The treatment group was given compound kali ziran tincture in local shin lesion area and combined with NB-UVB to irradiate;the control group was only irradiated with NB-UVB.The clinical effect was evaluated according to unified effectiveness evaluation standards.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65.12% higher than 44.19% of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant（P0.01）.The total effective rate of combined treatment for localized vitiligo in the treatment group was 75.00% higher than 54.76% of combined treatment for sporadic vitiligo in the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 15.12%,which was 13.95% of the control group,so there were no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating vitiligo vulgaris in stable phase with compound kali ziran tincture combined with NB-UVB is safe and effective,so it is worth clinical popularizing and application.
