| 摘 要： | 临床上检查红斑狼疮细胞(LEC)方法有多种,目前省内医院多采用血块法,本文采用玻片法检测34例,阳性率为73％,与血块法阳性率比较差异显著(P<0.05)。该法采用末梢血为标本,操作简单,阳性率高,值得推广。

| Abstract: | There are many methods of testing LEC in clinical,the blood lump method is more in many hospitals of our province. The article has been reported 34 cases of testing by slide method,the positive rate was 73%, that was more remarkable difference with blood lump method (P<0. 05). This method was Pursued .because it had strong points of operating easily .positive rate higher. |
