摘    要:目的:对含铬废水进行泡沫浮选分离。方法:采用连续式泡沫浮选法,在保持浮选塔内液位高度不变的条件下,考察废水pH值、表面活性剂SDS的量、絮凝剂Fe(NO3)3的投放量、气体流量和离子强度等因素对浮选分离效果的影响。结果:对初始浓度为20 mg/L的含铬废水,原料液pH值在6.5左右,表面活性剂的浓度为50 mg/L,Fe(NO3)3的量为60 mg/L,气体流量为400 ml/min时,处理后废水中铬离子浓度约为0.30 mg/L,处理后废水COD值小于100 mg/L,pH值接近中性。结论:处理后废水完全符合国家二级废水排放标准,且此时泡沫夹带率仅在10%左右。

Abstract:Objective:To study on waste water containing Cr of continuous foam separation.Methods:In continuous foam separation,surface-active agent was inputted into the system at adding mode.Under certain height of liquid level,pH value of the wasterwater,the feeding speed of SDS,the charging capacity of Fe(NO3)3,gas flux,charge-in flux and ionic strength on foam flotation effect was investigated and the optimal parameters was obtained.Results:The concentration of chromium ion was about 0.3 mg/L,COD was lower than 100 mg/L.Conclusion:pH value is close to neutrality,which meets the Second wastewater discharge standard of country.
