4种血清肿瘤标记物对肝病的诊断临床意义

目的:探索如何检测AFP、AFu、γ-GT、β2-MG(μg/L),4种血清肿瘤标记物以提高对原发性肝癌检查的敏感性。方法:对原发性肝癌50例,肝硬化患者50例,其它恶性肿瘤患者50例,健康体检者60例的4种血清肿瘤标记物进行检测。结果:原发性肝癌各项指标与其它恶性肿瘤组、肝硬化组比较除β2-MG无差异(P>0.05)外,其它3项都有显著性差别差异(P<0.01)或有差异(P<0.05)。原发性肝癌组单项AFP、AFu、β2-MG、γ-GT阳性检出率分别是66%、78%、80%、82%,联合检测敏感性达98%,比单项AFP(66%)检测敏感性较差并有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:联合测定AFP、AFu、γ-GT可提高对肝癌的阳性诊断率,并可提高对肝病的鉴别诊断价值。

Clinical Significance of Four Serum Tumner Markers in Diagnosis of Liver Diseases

Objective:To probe the methods of enhancing the sensitiveness of AFP,AFu,r-GT and β_2-MG(μg/L)in check-up of primary hepatic cancer(PHC).Methods:The four serium tumor markers of patients with PHC(50 cases),with cirrhosis of liver (50 cases),with other malignant tumor of liver(50 cases) and heathy persons(60 cases)were tested.Results:The levels of AFP,AFu and r-GT differed certainly of greatly in the first three kinds of persons (P<0.05 or (P<0.01)),but the level of β_2-MG in them showed little variation(P>0.05).In the patients with PHC the positive rates of AFP,AFu,β_2-MG and r-GT were 66%,78%,80% and 82%,and the susceptibility rate of combined tests was 98%.Conclusion:Combined tests of AFP,AFu and r-GT can enhance the positively appearing rate of hepatic cancer and improve the differential diagnosis of hepatic diseases.
