| 摘 要： | 通过劳务收费标准调整和药品收入增长控制之间的平衡,在不损及医院利益的前提下,控制医疗费用增长幅度,是医疗费用“总量控制、结构调整”政策控制医疗费用增长的根本思想之所在,为体现这一思想,本文研制了医疗费用”总量控制、结构调整”政策中医疗服务收费标准调整技术。

| Abstract: | The basic idea of "Global Budget and Structure Adjustment in Medical Expenditure" Policy is to control the medical expenditure increase and not hurt the benefit of hospital, which can be realized with the balance of increasing labor services' prices and controlling the drug income of hospitals. According to this idea, the adjusting techniques of medical service prices were developed in this paper. |
