| 摘 要： | 目的研究bcl-2蛋白在舌鳞癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫细胞化学法检测舌癌Tca-8113细胞株bcl-2蛋白的表达;应用免疫组织化学法检测bcl-2蛋白在60例舌鳞癌组织中的表达情况。结果舌癌细胞株中bcl-2阳性表达,bcl-2在舌鳞癌中阳性表达率为53.3%(32/60)其阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移、病理分化等方面差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论bcl-2基因与舌鳞癌的自然发展过程有关,可能会成为舌癌新的诊断标志物基因治疗靶点。
