低剂量辐射对荷瘤鼠的生物学效应

摘    要:研究了低剂量辐射对艾氏腹水癌小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,荷瘤鼠经10cGγ线照射后24h,脾细胞NK活性显著升高.经10cGy照后24h,30cGy照后24h和5d,外周血中肿瘤坏死因子含量增加。低剂量辐射对荷瘤鼠外周血白细胞数、肿瘤重量等无明显影响。低剂量辐射对荷瘤鼠的免疫功能具有一定的刺激作用。

Abstract:The immune effects induced by low dose radiation were studied in vivo. The results showed that NK acitivity of splenocytes increased significantly 24 hours after whole body radiation by gammam rays at a dose of 10 cGy. The level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in mice serum increased 24 hours after whole body radiation by gamma rays at a dose of 30cGy. No significant effect on number of leukocytes in mice peripheral blood,tumor weight and other indexes was found low dose radiation was able to stimulate the immune function of tumor bearing mice to a certain extent.
