胃癌患者外周血中端粒酶活性表达及其临床意义

目的 检测胃癌患外周血中癌细胞端粒酶活性，以探讨端粒酶活性的表达及其临床意义。方法 通过用PCR-TRAP-ELISA法检测52例胃癌患外周血端粒酶的活性，按照肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结有无转移来分析端粒酶与胃癌的关系。结果 外周血中检测端粒酶活性阳性率为53．8％，低于相应的胃癌组织阳性率(81．3％)，胃癌患外周血中肿瘤细胞端粒酶相对活性的升高与患的淋巴结转移和肿瘤的分化程度呈正相关。结论 对患判断肿瘤是否转移复发，检测患外周血中端粒酶活性要优于检测肿瘤组织的端粒酶活性。

Telomerase activity in gastric carcinoma in peripheral blood and its clinical implications

Objective To study the telomerase expression in gastric carcinoma in peripheral blood and its clinical implications. Methods Telomerase activity was examined in gastric cancer and corresponding normal tissues using a PCR-TRAP-ELISA assay in peripheral blood samples from 52 gastric carcinomas and 31 normal blood samples. Results Telomerase activity was present in 28 of the 52(81. 3%)gastric cancer in peripheral blood samples, whereas no telomerase activity was detected in any normal peripheral blood. The incidence of telomerase activity in gastric cancer blood was related to the histological grade and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Telomerase plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer,and it is suggested to be a more useful tumor marker to judge the relapse in the peripheral blood than in the gastric cancer tissue.
