女性尿失禁的危险因素及护理干预

从怀孕及分娩方式、子宫切除术等妇科因素、泌尿系及胃肠因素、药物、吸烟、饮酒、咖啡因摄入以及一些慢性疾病、年龄、种族、社会经济状况、体重指数、机体的功能状况方面阐述了尿失禁发病的危险因素,总结了膀胱、盆底肌肉的训练,调整生活方式等护理干预措施。

Risk factors and nursing intervention for female urinary incontinence

It expatiated the risk factors of the onset of urinary incontinence in females from the aspects of gynecological factor such as gestation, delivery mode, hysterectomy and so on, urinary system and gastrointestinal factors, drug, smoking, alcohol drinking, caffeine intake, and some chronic diseases, age, race, social-economic conditions, body weight index and functional status of the body. It summarized some nursing intervention measures for urinary incontinence women including cystic and pelvic floor muscles training and regulating of living style.
