卵磷脂络合碘治疗眼底疾病的临床验证

目的:验证卵磷脂络合碘(Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine,LBI)治疗玻璃体混浊、眼底出血和(或)渗出的有效性和安全性。方法:前瞻性研究跟底出血渗出及其所致玻璃体混浊者,非急性活动性炎症所致玻璃体混浊者连续服用LBI 1个月的效果。用药后第1、2个月复查,对用药前后眼底病变和视力进行分级评价。同时记录甲状腺等全身情况。结果:共有39例患者纳入和完成本验证研究,病因包括视网膜静脉阻塞等7种疾患。治疗总有效率92．31%。除1例用药后轻度不适外,均无全身其他不良反应发生。结论:LBI可有效治疗多种眼底疾病,使用方便,安全可靠,值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical Validation of Lincorice- lecithin Bound Iodine for Fundus Diseases

Objective:To validate the efficacy and safety of Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine(LBI)for vitreous opacity,retinal hemorrhage and(or)exudation.Methods:A prospective trial was conducted to study the results of LBI taken orally for one month in pa- tients with fundus hemorrhage,exudation,and induced vitreous opacity in addition to inactive inflammation.Patients were followed at the 1st and 2nd month after the start of treatment,and their fundus situation and visual acuity were evaluated according to a scoring criteri- on.Thyroid and other systemic changes were also recorded.Results:39 patients were enrolled and completed the study,their etiology included retinal vascular occlusion and other 6 abnormalities.The total validity of the treatment was 92.31%.there was no systemic side effects excepts for one patient with mild discomfort.Conclusion:LBI maybe valid for a variety of fundus diseases,it was with conve- nience and safety,which deserves generalization.
