摘    要:目的:建立藏药复方“吉尼德协”的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中的小檗皮、诃子、余甘子和姜黄进行鉴别,采用高效液相(HPLC)法测定方中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:TLC鉴别特征明显,斑点清晰,且阴性无干扰;在0.05-0.45 mg·mL-1范围内,盐酸小檗碱与峰面积具有良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=40 679X–130.56,平均加样回收率为99.07%。结论:所建立的方法操作简单,重复性良好,能有效控制藏药复方“吉尼德协”的质量。

Abstract:This study was aimed to establish the thin layer chromatography (TLC) identification and content determination of Tibetan medicine Ji-Ni De-Xie (JNDX). TLC was used to identify Berberis kansuensis Schneid, Terminalia chebula Retz., Phyllanthus emblica and Curcuma Longa L. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride. The results showed that the TLC identification had a good resolution with clear spots and no interference from the negative reference. The content of berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.05-0.45 mg·mL-1. The regression equation was Y = 40 679X-130.56. The average recovery was 99.07%. It was concluded that the established method was easy to operate with good repeatability. It can effectively control the quality of Tibetan medicine JNDX.
