子宫内膜腺癌p53表达及细菌L型的检测

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜腺癌发生与细菌L型感染和p53蛋白表达的关系。方法用革兰染色和免疫组化染色技术对102例子宫内膜腺癌,30例基本正常宫内膜进行细菌L型和p53蛋白检测。结果腺癌组的细菌L型检出率为81.4%,与基本正常组的细菌L型检出率(80.0%)相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但腺癌组的p53表达率(50%)却高于基本正常组(3.3%,P<0.005);腺癌组中细菌L型阳性伴p53表达率也高于细菌L型阴性伴p53表达率(P<0.05)。表明内膜腺癌与细菌L型感染和p53过表达均有关。结论提示细菌L型感染可能通过引起p53基因突变而参与了致内膜腺癌的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between bacterial L-form infection, expression of p53 and endometrial adenocarcinoma. Method 102 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma (EAC) and 30 cases normal tissue (NT) associated with bacterial L- form and p53 protein were examined by Gram's staining and immunohistochemistry.Results Itshowed that the positive rate of the infection of bacterial L-form in EAC group and in NT group was 81 .4% and 80.0% respectively (P > 0.05). The expnaion of p53 was significantly higher in EAC group than that in NT group (P < 0.005).The expression of p53 were significantly higher in L- form infection plsitive group than that in negative group (P < 0.05).The results indicate that the expression of p53 and L - form infection was correlated with expression of p53. Conchusion Itsuggests that p53 gene mutation may be related with L- form infection. Bacterial L-form infection may be one of the important factor ledng to the endometrial adenocarcinoma.
