剖宫产术后抗生素的应用

目的观察剖宫产术后2种预防性使用抗生素方法的临床效果。方法36例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各18例。观察组于剖宫产术后使用青霉素＋甲硝唑;对照组使用头孢唑林钠。观察2组患者术后体温恢复时间、所用药物费用、褥病率和药物不良反应。结果观察组术后体温恢复时间、药物费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组出现不同程度的皮疹3例,停药后好转;对照组未发现明显不良反应。结论青霉素＋甲硝唑用于剖宫产术后预防感染效果明显,头孢唑林钠的应用宜进一步探讨。

Application of antibiotics in cesarean postoperative

Objective To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of methods to prevent infection in cesarean postoperative.Methods 36 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group,18 cases of each.The observation group used penicillin＋metronidazole and the control group was given cefazolin sodium.Observed the time of body temperature recovering,cost of drugs,puerperal morbidity and adverse drug reactions of these two groups.Results The time of body temperature recovering and drug costs of observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.There were three cases of varying degrees of skin rash,that improved after treatment in observation group,but no apparent adverse reactions in control group.Conclusion The effect of penicillin＋metronidazole for prevent infection after cesarean is obvious,and the application of cefazolin sodium should be further explored.
