甲状腺腺瘤80例彩色多普勒超声图像及手术病理对照分析

目的了解超声诊断与手术病理的符合情况,评价超声检查在甲状腺腺瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析80例甲状腺腺瘤的彩色多普勒超声检查图像所描述的甲状腺边界、形态、组织内部回声、血流等情况,并与手术病理进行对照。结果超声诊断与手术病理的符合率为95%,甲状腺腺瘤具有典型的实性占位、边界清楚、形态规则、包膜光滑等声像学特征。结论超声检查在甲状腺腺瘤诊断中有较高价值。

Color dopplar ultrasound images and surgical pathology contrast analysis of thyroid gland tumor:on 80 cases report

Objective To understand coincidence rate of color dopplar ultrasound images and surgical pathology and to evaltuate the value of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of thyroid gland tumor in our hospital.Methods 80 cases of thyroid adenoma were retrospectively analyzed the boundary and shape of thyroid,tissue echo,blood and so on described by color doppler ultrasound images,and compared with surgical pathology.Results The coincidence rate of color dopplar ultrasound images and surgical pathology were 95% in our hospital.The thyroid gland tumor have typical solid footprint,border clear morphological rules,and other audio and visual characteristics of a smooth envelope in color dopplar ultrasound images.Conclusion The ultrasonic examination has higher value in the diagnosis of thyroid gland tumors.
