低分子肝素联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

目的观察低分子肝素联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）的临床疗效。方法78例UAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予低分子肝素联合曲美他嗪治疗,观察2组临床疗效、心电图变化与心绞痛发作情况。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为64.1%和94.9%,对照组为41.0%和76.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后ST段下降导联数（NST）、ST段下降的数值总和（ΣST）及心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组仅心绞痛发作持续时间变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,2组治疗后各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素联合曲美他嗪治疗UAP疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of low molecular weight heparin combined trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods 78 patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases of each.The control group was given conventional therapy,the treatment group on the basis of control group was given low molecular weight heparin and trimetazidine,observed the two groups of clinical efficacy,onset of ECG changes and angina pectoris.Results The markedly effective and total effective rates of treatment group were 64.1% and 94.9% vs 41.0% and 76.9% of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;NST,ΣST and angina pectoris attack frequency and duration of the treatment group were lower after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,only the duration of changes in angina pectoris of the control group was significantly（P〈0.05）,the differences between the two groups of indicators were statistically significant after treatment（P〈0.05）.ConclusionLow molecular weight heparin combined trimetazidine treatment of UAP effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
