摘    要:目的比较2种湿化方式对气管切开患者使用氧气罩吸氧所致肺部感染情况,以提高气道护理质量。方法将62例重型颅脑损伤行气管切开术患者随机分为对照组30例和试验组32例。对照组用无菌生理盐水液湿化,试验组用50%乙醇溶液湿化。比较2组患者气道湿化效果及痰细菌培养、肺部感染、痰痂形成情况。结果2组患者气道湿化效果均满意。试验组痰细菌培养、肺部感染、痰痂形成情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论气管切开患者使用氧气罩吸氧采用50%乙醇溶液进行气道湿化,能减少肺部感染率和痰痂的形成,有利于提高气道护理质量。

Abstract:Objective Compared the situation of two kinds of wet-way to tracheotomy patients with pulmonary infection caused by an oxygen mask oxygen,in order to improved the quality of airway care.Methods 62 cases of severe brain injury in patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients and experimental group of 32 cases.The control group humidifier with sterile saline solution,experimental group with 50% ethanol solution of humidification.Compared the airway humidification effects and sputum bacterial cultures,chest infection,sputum callus formation of these two group patients.Results The airway humidification effects were satisfactory.The bacterial culture of sputum,chest infection,sputum callus formation in test group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Tracheotomy in patients with an oxygen mask oxygen using the 50% ethanol solution for airway humidification can reduce lung infection and sputum callus formation,help to improve the quality of airway care.
