电解质紊乱与尿毒症脑病发生的相关分析

摘    要:目的了解电解质紊乱与尿毒症脑病的关系。方法将550例尿素症患者中发生尿毒症脑病的62例患者作为甲组,余非发生的488例作为乙组。2组测定电解质各项指标,并进行对比分析。结果血钾的紊乱与尿毒症脑病无相关性(P〉0.05);当血钠≤130mmol/L、血氯≤98mmol/L、血钙≤2.2mmol/L、二氧化碳结合力≤8mmol/L时尿毒症脑病的发生率甲组明显高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。经多因素分析,血钠、血氯及二氧化碳结合力对尿毒症脑病具有明显的影响。结论电解质紊乱是肾功能衰竭患者并发尿毒症脑病的原因之一,治疗过程要注意纠正电解质紊乱。

Abstract:Objective To understand the relationship of electrolyte disorders and uremic encephalopathy occurrence.Methods The 550 cases of urea patients with uremic encephalopathy occurred in 62 cases as Group A,488 cases non-occurred uremic encephalopathy as B group.Determination the indicators of electrolyte in these two groups,and analyzed.Results Potassium disorder was not associated with uremic encephalopathy(P0.05);when serum sodium≤130mmol/L,serum chloride≤98mmol/L,serum calcium≤2.2mmol/L,carbon dioxide combining power≤8mmol/L,the incidence of uremic encephalopathy in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After multivariate analysis,sodim,chlorine and carbon dioxide combining power of the obvious impact of uremic encephalopathy.Conclusion Electrolyte disorders is one of the reasons of the patients with renal failure occurring uremic encephalopathy.So we should pay attention to correct the electrolyte imbalance in the course of renal failure treatment.
