2种不同的药物联合应用治疗高脂血症的疗效观察

目的探讨2种不同的药物联合应用治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法 60例高脂血症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予非诺贝特缓释胶囊（利必非）联合阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予非诺贝特联合辛伐他汀,评估治疗效果和安全性。结果治疗后2组总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）及三酰甘油（TG）均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后2组TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及TG改善方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。2组均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论 2种不同药物的联合应用均能有效改善患者的血脂水平,并能有效控制药物不良反应,值得应用。

Clinical effect observation of two drugs association application in treatment of hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the effect of two drugs association application in treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods 60 cases with hyperlipidemia were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases of each.The observe group received the treatment of fenofibrate combined with simvastatin,and the control group received the treatment of fenofibrate release capsules combined with atorvastatin,the effect and safty were evaluated.Results TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG of the two group after treatment were superior to those before treatment,and there were significant differencs in them respectively（P0.05）.TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and TG in the observation group was same to those in control group,and there were no significant difference（P0.05）.The total effective rates of the two groups were no significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The two drugs association application can improve the level of blood fat and control the adverse side effect of drug effectively,so they are worth being used.
