中西药治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的观察中西药治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法选择病毒性心肌炎患者50例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各25例。治疗组应用炙甘草汤加减合并西药治疗；对照组单纯西药治疗，比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92．0％明显高于对照组的64．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同功酶（CK—MB）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）及Ot一羟丁酸脱氢酶（旺-HBDH）均较治疗前降低，且低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。治疗后2组LVE值均较治疗前升高，且治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。治疗组心电图恢复率为80．O％高于对照组的48．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西药治疗病毒性心肌炎患者疗效佳，无不良反应，建议临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on viral myocardi- tis. Methods Selected 50 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases each. Treatment group treated with fried glycyrrhizae decoction combined western medicine;Tbe control group treated only with western medicine. When after 2 courses of treatment, compared the clinical efficacy between these 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.0% higher than 64.0% in control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. When after treatment the aspartate aminotransferase （ AST）, ereatine kinase （ CK）, creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB） ,lactic dehydrogenase （LDH）and ct-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase （ct-HBDH）of treatment group were lower than before,and lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 O. 01 ）. After treat- ment,the LVE values of these two groups were higher than before, and treatment group was higher significantly （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. ECG recovery rate in treatment group was 80.0% higher than 48.0% in control group,the difference was statisti- cally significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated treatment of viral myocarditis patients has good effect, no adverse reactions, proposal popularized in clinical.
