急性牙髓炎不同处理方法的临床疗效比较

目的探讨急性牙髓炎不同处理方式的临床疗效。方法 200例急性牙髓炎患者（200颗患牙）随机分成试验组和对照组各100例（100颗患牙）,试验组采用开髓后封入失活剂,对照组采用开髓后开放引流术,复诊时了解疼痛缓解的情况,对急性根尖周炎发生情况并进行比较。结果试验组有效率高于对照组,急性根尖周炎发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性牙髓炎患牙在牙髓压力得到引流后即封入失活剂,比开放引流处理更有效地缓解疼痛。

Clinical effect of different therapy methods of acute pulpitis

Objective To compare clinical effect of different methods of acute pulpitis.Methods 200 cases of patients with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into experience group and control group,100 cases（100 paste）of each.The experience group was enclosed inactivation agent after opened pulp,while the control group was given open drainage.The pain releasing effect and the incidence rate of acute periapical periodontitis were analysised.Results The effective rate of experience group was higher than the control group,the incidence rate of acute periapical periodontitis in experience group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion To put the deactivator in focal teeth immediately after pulp pressure get drainage is more effective to relieve pain than simple drainage followed by a delayed deactivator medication.
