腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症210例临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法回顾性分析该院210例子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜术后随访资料,将所有病例按术后用药不同分为孕三烯酮（内美通）组96例和醋酸戈舍瑞林（诺雷得）组114例,比较2组症状缓解率、妊娠率和复发率。结果内美通组症状缓解率为89.58%和妊娠率为52.38%分别低于诺雷得组的92.98%和79.49%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;内美通组的复发率为18.75%高于诺雷得组的5.26%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜术后联合诺雷得治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切,能有效缓解症状,提高妊娠率,降低复发率。

Clinical observation of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treated on endometriosis:on 210 cases report

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment with laparoscopy and medicine on endometriosis.Methods The clinical data of 210 cases of endometriosis treated by laparoscopy with gestrinone and GnRH-a were analyzed retro-spectively,all cases were divided into gestrinone group（96 cases）and GnRH-a group（114 cases）,and compared the remission rate,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate.Results The remission rate and the pregnancy rate of gestrinone group（89.58% and 52.38%）were lower than that（95.98% and 79.94%）in GnRH-a group,the difference were significantly（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of gestrinone group was 18.75%,which was higher than that of GnRH-a group（5.26%）（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopy cobined GnRH-a is a safe and effective therapeutic means for endometriosis,which can effectively relieve the symptoms,increase the pregnancy rate and decrease the recurrence rate.
