| 摘 要： | 目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法对收治的80例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗。治疗3个月后比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods Treated 80 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and the control group of 40 patients. The control group was given conventional therapy,based on the treatment of the control group,the treatment group added montelukast sodium in the treatment. When after 3 months,compared efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 0% higher than 77. 5% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children significantly,worthy to be popularized. |
