炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法 112例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各56例。2组均给予抗感染、退热、止咳、平喘等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用炎琥宁治疗。观察2组病情恢复时间、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组退热、啰音消失时间及血象、X线恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.6%高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、解热、镇咳等多重作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical effects of Yanhuning treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 112 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,56 cases of each. The two groups were given anti-infection,defervescence,relieve a cough,prevent asthma and other conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy was added with Yanhuning. Observed clinical effects,adverse reactions and recovery time of the two groups. Results The fever,rales disappeared time and blood picture,recovery time of X ray in treatment group were shorter than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). The total effective rate of treatment group was 94. 6% higher than 78. 6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion Yanhuning treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia is a genuine effect which has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antipyretic,antitussive and other multiple roles,is worthy of clinical application.
