奥曲肽联合中药治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨奥曲肽联合中药治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的疗效。方法将1999—2003年SAP患者27例设为A组，按照SAP常规处理原则予监护、止痛、禁食、胃肠减压、抑酸、抗生素、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡治疗及给予静脉注射奥曲肽100μg，以后持续以25μg,／h的速度静脉滴注，连用5～7d；将2003—2009年SAP患者44例设为B组，B组在A组治疗方案基础上加用中药治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果2组腹痛腹胀症状缓解时间、住院时间及住院费用比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥曲肽联合中药治疗SAP较单纯西药治疗更高效安全。

Clinical observation of octreotide combined Chinese traditional medicine treatment in severe acute pancreatits

Objective To study clinical efficacy and value of octreotide combined Chinese traditional medicine treat- ment in severe acute pancreatits （SAP）. Methods 27 patients with SAP from 1999 to 2003 make A Group, gave basic therapy including intensive care, relieve pain, fasting, acid inhibitor, antibiotics, supporting therapy and intravenous oetreotide 100 μg, after the continuous intravenous infusion of 25 μg/h, continuous use 5 - 7 days ：44 patients with SAP from 2003 to 2009 set B group,group B based on the A group treatment use Chinese medicine treatment. Results Tile relief time of abdominal pain and bloating, hospitalized days and medical costs in group B was obviously lower than that of group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Octreotide combined Chinese traditional medicine treatment in SAP is more effective and safer single octreotide.
