摘    要:目的研究放射粒子植入(RPI)联合高频热疗(HFH)对兔肝VX2肿瘤侵袭能力的影响。方法用移植的方法建立兔肝VX2肿瘤模型,按不同治疗方法随机分为4组:对照组(A组,12只);RPI组(B组,12只);HFH组(C组,12只);RPI+HFH联合治疗组(D组,12只)。18d后处理全部实验免并做切片标本,观测各组肿瘤生长率及MMP-2、MMP-9及CD34表达结果。结果治疗18d后,B、C、D组肿瘤生长率与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);D组肿瘤生长率与B、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗18d后MMP-2、MMP-9、CD34阳性表达:肿瘤中心组织和肿瘤边缘组织中,各指标阳性表达率均在D组中最低,在A组最高;B、D、C组与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05);D组与B、C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论RPI、HFH2种方法均可降低肿瘤的侵袭力,将二者联合运用,降低肿瘤侵袭力的作用更加明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of therapeutic alliance of radioactive particle implantation (RPI)and high frequency thermotherapy(HFH) on the invasion of cony liver cancer cell line VX2. Methods The cony liver cancer VX2 mod- el was prepared by transplantation, according to the different treatment methods, the models were divided into four groups:Con- trol group( group A, 12) ;RPI group( group B, 12) ;HFH group( group C, 12) ;RPI + HFH group( group D, 12). 18d post-treat- ment, maked slicing experimental free samples and observed the expression results of the tumor growth rate, MMP-2, MMP-9 and CD34. Results 18d after treatment, tumor growth rate of group B, C, D were compared with group A, the difference were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;Tumor growth rate of group D compared with group B, C, the deffference were significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). 18d after treatment, the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, CD34 :The edge of tumor center and tumor tissue, the tar- get rate of positive expression was lowest in group D,the highest in group A. Group B, C, D compared with group A, the deffer- ence was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ) ;Group D compared with group B, C, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The methods of RPI and HFH can depress the invasion of the tumor cells, but the effect of the therapeutic alliance of RPI + HFH are more obviously.
