老年人用药依从性的回顾分析

目的通过开展老年人出院回访用药指导,以提高患者用药的依从性和安全性。方法将我院收治的老年患者162例随机分为试验组81例,对照组81例。住院期间用药前后,护士均要讲明遵医嘱所用药物、药物的作用、注意事项等,并进行观察,出院时给予用药指导。试验组在此基础上,出院后由院医疗服务中心每月进行1次回访,每位患者安排3次。重点讲解有关疾病的知识、老年人药物代谢的特点、所用药物、药物的作用及易发生的不良反应。并通过用药知识问卷表对2组进行问卷调查,比较其结果。结果试验组在对疾病知识了解、对药物知识了解、不依从方式及不遵医嘱原因方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开展老年人出院回访用药指导,可以提高老年患者用药的依从性和安全性。

Medication compliance in the elderly were analyzed retrospectively

Objective In order to elevate medicine compliance and safety,return visited the elderly medication guide.Methods 162 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into trial group 81 cases and 81 cases in control group.During hospitalization before and after treatment,nurses have to be used in the doctor＇s advice made it clear that drugs,drug effects,note etc,and observe for discharge medication guide.On this basis,the test group after being discharged from the hospital medical service centers for one return visit every month,each sick with 3 times.Focus on all aspects of the disease,knowledge of the characteristics of elderly drug metabolism,the use of drugs,drug effect and prone to side effects.Medicine knowledge through the questionnaire survey of two groups,and compared the results.Results Test group in the knowledge about the disease and drug,understanding non-compliance and non-prescribed by a doctor from the manner and reasons were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Carry out medication directions can elevate medicine compliance and safety.
