头孢噻肟钠与白霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床分析

目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎的发病率及临床特点,提高其诊断与治疗水平。方法回顾分析及总结46例小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点、实验室及辅助检查和治疗方法。结果中支原体肺炎占小儿肺炎的23.96%,头孢噻肟钠加白霉素治疗总有效率为92.31%,单用阿奇霉素治疗总有效率为90.00%。结论早期X线检查、特异性IgM抗体检测有利于小儿支原体肺炎的早期诊断。头孢噻肟钠加白霉素和阿奇霉素对治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效好。

The clinical analysis of cefotaxime sodium and kitasamycin treatmented with mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To study the incidence rate and clinical characteristics of mycoplasmal pneumonia（MP）in children for improved the diagnosis and treatment of MP.Methods The clinical feature,laboratory and other auxiliary examination and treatment in 46 cases of children infected with mycoplasma was analyzed retrospectively.Results There was 23.96% of MP in bronchial pneumonia.The total effective rate was 92.31% in the group treated with cefotaxime sodium and kitasamycin,and that is 90.00% in the group treated with azithromycin.Conclusion The X-ray film and examination of MP-IgM is benefit for early diagnosis of MP in children.These has a good curative effect on the treatment of cefotaxime sodium with kitasamycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
