| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 50例上消化道出血患者（观察组）给予奥曲肽治疗。另设50例消化道出血患者（对照组）给予垂体后叶素治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为92.0%高于对照组的62.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥曲肽止血效果快,在常规止血治疗效果不佳时,应及早使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with octreotide.Methods 50 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were treated with octreotide as treatment group,the other 50 cases were treated with pitaitrin as control group.Observed clinical effect of the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of esophageal variceal bleeding in treatment group was 92.0% higher than 62.0% of control group,the diffrence was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Intravenous drip of octreotide is effective and rapidly in upper gastrointestinal bleeding which should be used rapidly when regular treatment is invalid. |
