保儿宁对支气管肺炎患儿免疫功能的影响

目的观察保儿宁对支气管肺炎患儿免疫功能的影响。方法106例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为2组,试验组56例、对照组50例。对照组给予抗感染、对症治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用保儿宁治疗。所有患儿分别于入院时、入院后1周及2周各测定IgA、IgG、IgM1次。结果试验组治疗后血中IgA、IgG、IgM均增高,但以第2周时较明显（P〈0.01）;试验组治疗后IgA、IgG、IgM明显升高,与对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论保儿宁具有增加呼吸道免疫功能的作用。

The effect of immune function of Baoerning on bronchopneumonia children

Objective To observe the effect of immune function of baoerning on Bronchopneumonia children.Methods 106 babies with bronchopneumonia were divided into laboratory group（56 babies）and control group（50 babies）.The control group was given anti-infection,symptomatic treatment,laboratory group on the basis of the control group was treated with Baoerning.IgA,IgG and IgM were detected one time in admission and 1 and 2 weeks after admission.Results After treatment,IgA,IgG,IgM of laboratory group were increased,but those in the second weeks were more obvious（P0.01）;Laboratory group after treatment IgA,IgG,IgM significantly increased compared with that in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Baoerning can strenghthen the immune function of respiratory system.
