阴式子宫切除术2种肠道准备方法比较

目的探讨2种肠道准备方法在行阴式子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法 62例拟行阴式子宫切除术的患者分为试验组35例和对照组27例,试验组口服20%甘露醇＋5%葡萄糖氯化钠溶液;对照组用0.1%肥皂水清洁灌肠清洁肠道。观察2组临床效果。结果试验组头晕、虚脱、腹胀、肛周较疼痛发生率低于对照组,术后〉5d排便发生率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05和P〈0.01）。2组肠道清洁度比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论口服甘露醇能有效清洁肠道,患者不良反应少,有效控制排便时间,减少护士工作量。

Camparison of two different ways of bowel preparation for vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of two different ways of bowel preparation for vaginal hysterectomy.Methods 62 cases would be forthcoming vaginal hysterectomy patients were randomly divided into experiment group of 35 cases and control group of 27 cases,the experiment group was given oral 20% mannitol ＋5% GNS intestinal cleansing,the control group was given 0.1% soapy water clean enema intestinal cleansing.Observed the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The incidences of dizziness,collapse,abdominal distension and anal pain of experiment group were lower than control group,incidence of defecation after treatment for five days cater was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05 and P0.01）.There was no significant difference of intestinal deanliness between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Oral mannitol can effectively gut clean,the adverse reactions is less,effective control of defecation time and reduce the workload of nurses.
