马来酸桂哌齐特治疗高血压脑出血微创术后的研究

目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特治疗高血压脑出血微创术后患者的临床疗效。方法60例高血压脑出血微创术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用马来酸桂哌齐特240mg加入生理盐水注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次,共用14d。观察2组疗效及神经功能变化情况。结果2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分及水肿面积均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为86.7%高于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗高血压脑出血微创术后安全有效,提高了患者的生活质量。

Study of maleate cinepazide treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of maleate cinepazide treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was added maleate cinepazide 240mg in 250ml normal saline intravenouse once a day,for 14 days respectively.Observed the two groups of efficacy and changes in neurological function.Results After treatment,neurological deficit score and edema area of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the improvements in the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate was 86.7%,higher than that of 63.3% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maleate cinepazide treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery is safe and effective,can improve the patient＇s quality of life.
