妊娠期糖尿病患者血小板参数变化的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者血小板参数的变化在临床中的应用价值。方法妊娠期糖尿病组(GDM组,124例)和妊娠正常对照组(NGT组,140例)用标准采血管采集静脉血4ml,用日本SYSMEX型号XS-800i全自动血液分析仪及配套试剂检测血小板参数,并用该公司提供的全血质控物校准,血糖用日立-7180全自动生化分析仪及配套试剂葡萄糖氧化酶法检测,同时用其配套质控血清校准。结果GDM组血小板计数(PLT)低于NGT组,平均血小板体积(MPV)和血小板分析宽度(PDW)高于NGT组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过对血小板参数和血糖的联合检测,对妊娠期糖尿病的早期诊断,病情预测和早期治疗具有重要临床指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application value of platelet parameters changes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods The gestational diabetes group of 124 cases(GDM group)and normal preganancy group of 140 cases(NGT group)were picked blood vessel gathering vein 4ml with the standard.Of Japan SYSMEX Model XS-800i automatic blood analyzer and reagented platelet parameters,and used the company's quality control materials provided by the calibration of whole blood,blood sugar using automatic biochemical analysis Hitachi-7,180 instrument and supporting reagents glucose oxidase test,while supporting quality control serum with its calibration.Results The platelet count of GDM group was less than NGT group,mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width were higer than NGT group,The differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The platelet parameters and blood glucose by the joint detection of gestational diabetes mellitus in assisting the early diagnosis,prognosis and prediction and early treatment has important clinical significance.
